Processing and delivery

Orders placed through this website normally take about 1–2 business days to process. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery/transit time is 3–5 business days; neither estimate is a guarantee.

Delivery problems and restrictions

For a delayed, missing, damaged or marked-delivered parcel you cannot locate, contact us with your order number, checkout email, tracking number and an explanation. Check safe delivery areas and anyone who could have received it; we will review the record and, where appropriate, ask the carrier to investigate. Keep damaged goods and packaging and send photos or video. Carrier coverage, destination rules, legal restrictions and product characteristics may limit delivery.
